A Life Unhappening
“A Life Unhappening” is a spoken-word ballet, in one-act, exploring the impact of Alzheimer’s disease on three generations of one woman’s family.
Written and Produced by Adam E. Stone 
Choreography by Chelsea Stone 
Lighting Design by Richard Cadena
Its world premiere was held at  Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center, St. Louis, Missouri, in partnership with the St. Louis Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Artist Biography

Born in Wisconsin, Adam E. Stone attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, specializing in Creative Writing. He studied with the Pulitzer Prize-winning novelist Richard Russo, and with the poets Rodney Jones and Philip St. Clair. He is the author of several novels distributed worldwide.
